Effective 2026-05-25 · Version 1
Simulations℠ is operated by PLGRM PTY LTD ("Simulations℠", "we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you purchase, receive, or use a Simulation, how we use it, who else processes it on our behalf, and the rights you have over it. By using our services you agree to this Policy.
01 · Information We Collect
Information you give us
- Account information. Name and email address when you create an account, purchase, or accept a gift.
- Gift information. If you purchase a Simulation as a gift, we collect the recipient's name and email address solely to deliver the gift on your behalf.
- Marketing preferences. Whether you have opted in to receive marketing communications.
Information we collect automatically
- Listening activity. When you access a Simulation: timestamps, completion progress, device type, and audio file version. This lets us confirm access, prevent abuse, and protect the integrity of the licence you hold.
- Technical data. IP address and device fingerprint at sign-in for security and fraud prevention.
- Cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Information from third parties
- Payment information. When you purchase, our payment processor (Shopify Payments) collects your payment details directly. We do not store full card numbers or payment credentials. We receive a transaction reference, the last four digits of your card, and your billing address.
02 · How We Use Information
- Service delivery. To process purchases, deliver Simulations, fulfil gifts, manage your account, and provide customer support.
- Account security. To authenticate sign-ins, prevent fraud, and protect against unauthorised access.
- Service emails. To send transactional messages (order confirmations, access codes, password resets, important notices about your account or the service).
- Marketing. Only with your opt-in consent. You can unsubscribe at any time from any marketing email.
- Analytics. Aggregated, non-identifying analysis of how Simulations are used, to improve the work.
- Legal compliance. Where required by law, regulation, or court order.
03 · Legal Bases (for users in the EU and UK)
- Performance of a contract — for processing purchases, delivering Simulations, and providing the service you purchased.
- Legitimate interests — for account security, fraud prevention, aggregated analytics, and protecting the rights of Simulations℠ and our customers.
- Consent — for marketing communications. You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation — for tax, accounting, and regulatory record-keeping.
