In simulation, every path is shaped by its origin. Goals formed in shadow eventually break in the light. Goals sourced in light are already complete. This note examines why some pursuits fail—and how their sole purpose is to return you to truth.
In myth, the hero brings two types of offerings to the altar before departing on their journey. The false ones offered for ego—glory, conquest, superiority—are rejected by the temple fire. The true ones offered for devotion—truth, integrity, service—ignite and bless the land.
The ego lives for failure,
in the name of success.
But all false goals eventually fail.
Even if they appears to succeed at first.
Their inevitable failure reveals the great truth.
Truth never fails.
Because spirit never fails.
True goals are from the spirit.
Spirit lives for truth.
The true path ahead is protected by spirit not to punish you, but to keep you from enthroning a false goal and a counterfeit king. All apparent failures in your world are guiding you back to true goal that us inevitable. For a true goal is already true to begin with, and is succesful before you even set off on the path.
