Inward Movement

By Kristian Michail

Simulations honours the entry conditions for all inward movement. What follows is a progression of experiential states that unfold when attention is withdrawn from the outer world and returned to its source. Each stage dissolves a layer of egotism, revealing what has always been present beneath it.

Stage Name Practice / Movement What It Dissolves What It Reveals
1 Silence of the Heart Attention withdrawn from outer noise; eyes closed; awareness directed inward to the centre of the chest; breath felt “behind” the organ  Noise (distraction field, emotional turbulence, external identification loops) The still field beneath thought; the first sense of unbroken presence
2 Shedding of the False Skin Direct recognition of self as divine spark; authority shifts from narrative identity to source-awareness; old roles loosen and lose grip Identity (persona, history, name, cultural scripting, psychological costume) The unconditioned origin prior to story—presence beyond biography
3 Seal of Remembrance Stabilisation in direct experience; no longer oscillating between forgetting and remembering; awareness rests in its own origin Forgetfulness (amnesia of divinity, separation from source, fragmentation of being) Lasting recognition of unity with creation; awareness becomes self-sealing
